We're aware of that. There's a lot of uncertainty here going into next year. Half the team doesn't know if it has a job. Same for all of the coaches. We want to do well for everybody, and that's how we're thinking about it. If that happens, we all make out in the end.

We've all failed in different ways and, now, it's up to us. Obviously, the organization is looking to move into a better direction, so this should be a sign. We need to improve. All Mac could do was prepare us. He couldn't play for us. I wouldn't wish what happened to him on anybody, but you can't fire all of us.
