The downtown doesn't need more gaming. It needs more amenities like residential living and a ballpark. Those would be positive.

The casino is now all on one floor as opposed to being spread out over three decks. It's a much more spacious environment. We have a non-smoking area. We have about 500 more slot machines than we did previously.
employees matter
It's a matter of employees working right now.

Five miles of dense housing, especially in this town, is an extremely large distance.

That's really good. The timing in that regard couldn't have been better.

Even when we brought those (bingo devices) in, they didn't replace paper. We're still uncertain about how much demand there might be.

Limerick Township, at the end of the day, doesn't make the decision on the license, although they're a very important part of it.

As of Friday there were 46 people on our MIA list. We cut off their paychecks and heard from 26 of them.
downtown fly fuel month record spite
Downtown had a record year, in spite of extraordinary fuel prices. We fly some 10,000 a month on our own charter.
great opportunity

On the surface, an occasional made-for-TV poker event could possibly bring a lot of positive exposure to downtown Las Vegas.

We have two very solid brands to build upon, and I think it's safe to say the casino will either be one or the other.

We've looked at who are our employees going to be and is there enough of a population to draw from, and we've determined that there is.
