It appears to me on the surface that we've learned very few lessons from the past couple of hurricane seasons.

You see somebody throw a cigarette butt out the window? That's littering. We want to know about it.

The kids could see through the glass atrium into the ballroom where naked people were dancing. There were exposed breasts, thongs and see-through dresses on women who were not wearing any underwear.
