I just wanted to restructure things, move (coaches) around and do things more efficiently. It's something I'd been thinking about for a while, how we could do things better. If you stay the same, you're falling behind. We talked about it last season. I didn't want to upset anyone or hurt anyone's feelings.

This is an unbelievable surface. People who haven't seen it or weren't sure what it was are going to say, ?Wow!' It's just incredible.
