Coach Wynn and I were pleased with our kids in their first outing. The boys team finished four in the top 10, and it was good to see them pack together.

Our girls ran okay today - this was not one of our better races. Aside from that, Heather Mitchell ran really well for us and is improving each and every race. The girls need to compete with some fire, and as a whole that wasn't the case at Nashville.
