I am thankful for the opportunities that allowed me to work my way up in a large company. Now I want to give back to the community where I went to school. I ask lots of questions, perform lots of research, and challenge myself to always be on top of the issues. I am interested in government, and I want to utilize my training and my experience to improve our community. And I am not afraid to speak up on behalf of the taxpayers in my district.

I don't want to see agricultural pursuits unfairly restricted because of conflicts with residents who choose to live in rural areas. This has to be balanced with the fact that Americans pride themselves on our liberty, freedom and respect for others and property rights of others. Government and taxpayers have the right to expect that those profiting from development must also pay for the infrastructure expenses arising from such development.
