It took us 3 1/2 hours by boat to get to some of those places, with no place to stay, no roads to get there. It's been like that since Day 1, and it hasn't improved much.

Thank God that there's not that many big spills in that area. It's very light compared to here, but we're going to address every one of them.

The reason we don't have 1,000 or 2,000 (workers) out there is because we don't have any way to get them out there and keep them out there safely.
