I knew I needed to have a better start in the final and fortunately I did.

I hope to set up somewhat of a legacy. I've been feeling under the weather the last couple of days but I totally had my game face on today.

Preparations for the Commonwealth Games really have been going well. I have continued to work on my weaknesses and continue to get stronger. I really feel confident. I have done things in workout that I previously have never been able to come close to. I think a great deal of experience and maturity helps a lot too.
