If he's out there still limping in training camp, then we're going to say, 'Hey, its not going to work. He's going to need more time.' But if he's moving around pretty well and it looks like he can catch and run and all those things, then we'll be more encouraged.

Charlie did a pretty nice job for not knowing he was going to start. His quarterback rating was (118.8). That's not bad for a young guy to go and be able to win on the road.

He still works hard and runs good routes. If anything, he's had one or two drops at critical situations that if he had made those plays, we would say that his training camp continued to the regular season. He made those drops, and that shows a sign of inconsistency.

The first week, he goes down and does his dance. This Sunday, he went down and he looked back first and saw the flag, so he didn't dance. The thing that we'll all be excited about is when Dennis can get into the end zone and he can dance freely.

Going into training camp, everybody competes for a job. We'll have a good competition in training camp for the quarterback job, as well as for the defensive end job, the linebacker job, the running back job and all of them.
