The nation will see us, not only in the movie, but with our new exposure with Conference USA. It's a lot of exposure and a great chance to capitalize.

It was difficult because they took away Mark Patton early. We were able to get him the ball in the second half, but (in the meantime) we were able to hit enough three-pointers and we made free throws down the stretch.

Mark is really poised for very strong senior season. He was the best player in the gym up front both nights. They had a couple of 6-8 athletic guys on each team.

Our team doesn't read the papers, and I don't think our guys look for those things. I appreciate president Kopp saying what he thinks and we'll move on from there.

We called the play, we got the ball to Mark. For whatever reason we didn't get it in the basket, and then we didn't back on defense.

We had a couple of (miscues) but we didn't let it get us down. We fouled the three-point shooter (Willingham) but we didn't let it extinguish our fire. We played well in overtime.

We've relied on our effort level and our poise and we didn't have either one tonight. Our effort level in the first half was a big key. We did not have great effort and we needed to have great effort.

We are going to have to get tougher if we are going to go on through this month and make anything happen.
