listen listening music people sorry
Most people listen to music and he's listening to me. I feel sorry for him.
depth great running starts
It all starts with the running game, and we feel great about our depth there.
decision entire everybody playing smart wait
I don't know if I could say I see him playing the entire game. We have to wait and see how much everybody else is going to play before we make a decision on what Rex is going to do. We could always get him more time. But we have to be smart with it too.
definitely start taken ways
He was definitely behind, no question. It's taken him a little while to get going, but to be able to start utilizing everything, we still have a long ways to go.
attention gotten learning looked mental paying prepared rusty sitting taking
(Because of) all the mental reps that he's gotten all season, sitting in on meetings, taking notes, paying attention and being prepared when he wasn't even out there, there wasn't much of a learning curve. He was rusty the first week, which is to be expected, but after that he looked much more confident.
bit couple matter maybe might pick seeing shot taken
Maybe there might have been a couple times when he could have taken a shot down the field, which he'll get. It's a matter of seeing the whole field, and they were disguising a little bit and doing some things he'll pick up.
ball decisions field good quick saw threw
He saw the field really well, made quick decisions and I thought he threw the ball with really good accuracy, especially down the field.
coaches hurt talk uptight
As coaches you have to be careful. If you talk too much about it, they get uptight and they play not to lose, not to make mistakes. You can't do that. They have to go out and play, yet you have to have focus. If you have that focus, usually you won't hurt yourself.
last looked practice ready week word
I think he should be ready to go. He looked better last week in practice and the word I got last week was that he should be fine. He should be ready this week.
hey sit tough
Hey it's a tough blow. I'm not going to sit here and tell you it isn't. We'll get through it.
advantage care challenged executing few giving good jump offense ourselves taking week
That was a big jump for Kyle. We challenged him all week about taking care of the football, taking advantage of opportunities, executing the offense and giving ourselves a chance. Let's see how good we are. Let's see what we can do. We made very few mistakes, and that is what it's all about.
chance group kyle rest work
You can't give too much away. It'll be a chance for Kyle and the rest of the group to get some work in, and then we'll get a long look at some of our other guys.
bring confidence definitely gone huge kyle playing position seen since teammates time
No question, to me that's a huge part of playing that position is the confidence that your teammates have in you and the intangibles that you bring to the table. I've seen that from Kyle ever since he's got here. I really have ? every time he's gone in and even in practice. He definitely has that.
attitude brings fit football good great looking run running style
He's a very tough, hard-nosed player, great run blocker. The attitude and his style of play, he's a real good fit for what we want to do running the football and getting after people. He brings that attitude we're looking for.
