Ronald "Slim" Williamsis an American businessman who co-founded the record label Cash Money Records along with his younger brother Bryan "Birdman" Williams. As with his younger brother, Birdman, he is the executive producer for much of Cash Money artist' albums, especially Lil Wayne.
