I'm in the highlights every night with somebody else catching the ball. It would be easy for me to give up right now, because I haven't had a break all year. But it could turn around just like that.

I've heard they may put me in right some. I've never played right, but it can't be too much different from left, I don't think. I have to be smart. I can't be all crazy, diving around. I'm 34 years old and weigh 230 pounds; that's a hard impact.

I'm really, really excited about to be in a DH role. A lot of good things can happen.

This organization always did the small things to win games. Runner on second base, get him over, sac fly. That's the way they play the game. I think it can be even better this year though.

I lost a lot of respect for him. You don't throw, trying to hit somebody up near his head, and then do that. It was terrible. We wanted him to know we didn't like it.
