We thought Beverley had the makings of being a high Division I player last year, and we had him in our top-10 players in the class. Anyone who watched him could see the scoring explosiveness, the work ethic and desire to improve. We think Beverley's national stock is more of a product of others jumping on the bandwagon and realizing how good he really is, more than drastic improvement. The kid was pretty darned good from the get-go.
