We've got five seniors who are doing a great job of leading this team, five guys who won't accept anything but the best. There's been a positive, contagious atmosphere, and we've gotten in some good training with good intensity through some brutal heat.

We are used to having Alec's foot be the last one on the ball before it goes into the net. I think Alec is beginning to understand that he can be as valuable without the ball as he is with it.
