challenge fun
I like that kind of challenge, ... It's a fun challenge for goalies.
felt guys huge lead
I haven't been able to get the guys a lead in a while. That felt pretty good. Getting a lead was huge for us.
attention check exercising extra focus gives leaves mail personal terry twice voice
I probably see Terry once or twice a week, and he gives me the personal attention you need - that extra focus and the motivation. He leaves me e-mail and voice mail to check my stats, to see how my exercising is going.
front goes hard player works
He's the kind of player I'd like to have in front of me every night. He goes out and works hard at everything that he does.
biggest guys team
The biggest thing on this team is we don't want to let the other guys down. That's the way it's got to be.
affect decision gets strong usa
It's every city, it gets a little old. It was a decision made by USA hockey. It was completely out of my control, it was completely out of anybody's control. It's something I feel strong about and I'm disappointed but I'm not going to let it affect the way I play for this team.
beat fans feels flattering hear key matter pick
It was flattering to hear them. Our fans are great. It just feels really good. I just want to beat the Flyers no matter what. I'm not going to pick out the other goaltender and key on him.
fans flattering hear
It was flattering to hear them. Our fans are great.
guys hard react surprising
It's surprising the way we won. But the way these guys react when they get confidence, get skating, get moving, it's hard to think they weren't going to keep it from getting higher.
energy
It's going to be tough. It's their rink, and they play with the energy that we feel here from their fans. We've been there once already, so we know what it's all about.
momentum took won
The game's not won in 10 minutes, but momentum can be earned. It took us a while for us to get back to where we wanted to be.
bit worry
I think they'll have to worry a little bit about us the way we've been playing.
hockey creative stink
I'd like to hear them be a bit more creative, though. I've heard 'you're a sieve, you stink' my whole life and you can tell it's obviously affected me.
true-friend player care
From the coaches on down, especially Jim Corsi whose been a great supporter, a true friend who really cares about his players and allowed me the chance to develop.
