Ann and I have turned over the major responsibilities to other people. It has grown up; the administration has moved on. We've been replaced by some very competent people.

We realized from other women's events, if you're trying to get women out and you're earning money for a cause, you'll attract some people you wouldn't otherwise attract.

This year, there will be a category for groups of 10. It would be really neat if some families signed up with 10 relatives.

When we started, less than a quarter (of Tour competitors) were women. Now it's over half.
