test trying work
We were really trying to test each other out and to see what was going to work or not work.
workout years two
I started mountain-bike riding two years ago, which is much better than riding a stationary bike in the gym. Mountain biking is a total body workout.
workout fun ocean
I love anything that involves the ocean. Swimming, snorkelling or surfing are all fun, which distracts from your mind that you are actually doing a workout. Being outdoors in the sun and the salt water is great for freeing your mind and feeling alive.
workout exercise healthy
My workouts include aerobic exercise for a healthy cardiovascular system; strength training to maintain muscle tone and bone density; core strength exercise for a stable mid-section; and stretching to maintain mobility.
sports workout heart
Tennis takes care of everything. It requires agility and quickness to get to the ball, core strength to get power into your shorts and stamina to last for an entire match. In addition to toning your arms and shoulders, it's a total body workout for your legs and abs, and works your heart and core unlike any other sport.
bit few game happy last match nervous points pull took
I was a little bit nervous in that last game and it took me a few match points to get there. I was very happy to pull it out.
australian couple draw last level main money months open player sounds travelling trying
That $27,000 that a young player will now get just for making the main draw at the Australian Open is huge. It can set them up for a couple of months which at that level you really do need that kind of help. It sounds like a lot of money, but when you're travelling the world trying to make it as a tennis player, it doesn't last long.
both good hopefully matches mixed playing shot singles
We both think we have a good shot in the mixed matches if it all comes down to playing the mixed. Hopefully one of us can get through the singles and if it comes down the doubles, I think we'd be confident.
best exactly match momentum playing single tennis top
When I'm playing my best, like I was at the U.S. Open, I feel on top of the match and able to do exactly what I want. There are other times when you're not in control, but that is tennis and you have momentum changes in every single match.
break chances few games played second
In the first set I just didn't do anything wrong. I don't think I could have really played that set much better. I had some chances in the second set to break her in a few games and didn't get it.
guess happens hopefully love playing step whatever
I guess it's hopefully one step at a time. I'll be back, I love playing here so whatever happens I'll be back and hopefully I can play better and better.
aggressive ball best couple gave hard hit match net played point tried trying whenever winners
I just tried to play aggressive and play the way I like playing... trying to be aggressive and hit the ball hard, try to come into the net whenever I can. She had a couple of winners when she was match point down, she played hard and really gave it her best shot.
game top
I've got to be on top of my game and really go out there and play my own game.
tennis easy enough
In tennis it's easy to get greedy - and one Grand Slam doesn't feel enough any more.
