You're talking about someone who is established as a very good player in this league who is able to relate that. Young people can see that he was brave enough to not only overcome it, but talk about it and show that he came out OK, that there's nothing to be ashamed of.

As far as the coaching staff, it seems like they find out what guys do well and apply it on the field. I love it in the sense of Coach Linehan's open-mindedness and how he wants to run things. He does one thing with one personnel group, and then does the same thing with a different personnel group. It looks different, but sometimes it's the same thing. It's the best way to attack a defense.
