Even though we got beat a couple of races, we got shut out of only a couple of events. The kids performed well, only being the second meet. We had new kids at some events that stepped up. I was very pleased with our performance tonight.
ask best kate lower ran
Kate ran her best time, you couldn't ask for anything more than that. She was really disappointed she didn't go lower than that, but she ran well.

drop herself personally ran room smoothly time
She ran so smoothly that I didn't even think the time was going to be that fast, and she wasn't even struggling. I personally told her I thought she had more room to drop in the 600 then in the 300. In the 600 if she can get herself under 1:40 she is in a better position.
best couple defensive hockey home serious stick system systems teams
The system has been drilled into our heads. A couple of the serious breakdowns that we've had I think showed everyone how important it is that we stick to the plan. It's going to be the teams that stick to their systems and play the best defensive hockey that are going to come home with banners in the post-season.
clubs good opportunity several
