Figure skating is an industry now. What's in the best interest of the industry? That's a consideration.
Theoretically, it's probably not going to be worth your while to apply. That's one of the problems we're working on. We have to go back to our original intent (for the money). It is our intent to help people who relied on the government. There are people who have already started to rebuild. How do you go back and help them?
