I don't want to be insensitive, but all businesses seem to struggle here and there. And every one of them is putting money into the county. I've been in business 25 years --- I could sing a lot of sad songs. I can't support this.

We wouldn't have to change the system if all the department heads and elected officials would agree to send (unspent salaries and benefits) back to the general fund.
