In a band of only 30, if one person screws up, everybody knows. But as a smaller band, we're able to do things others can't do, like switch equipment and do color guard.

This system that is now approaching the coast unfortunately is very warm. It looks like we'll have rain above 8,000 feet, maybe up to 9,000 feet. That's not good news for the ski resorts. I'm going skiing before the storm hits, so I can at least get in one good day.

We should see a ridge of high pressure building on Wednesday, and by Friday it should be well-established. Weather over the Christmas weekend should be mild.
