All my life I've kinda dreamed of being the best, and doing the best, and it hasn't always been easy for me. So I've been trying, but it's really special to have come such a long way, it's just really fulfilling. And the fact that I'm just making history right now and the fact that I was able to win four in a row, it doesn't happen every day.
I think I actually made a very kind gesture out of nowhere, ... I just decided in the middle of the match, you know, for every ace I hit, I want to donate money, stuff like that. So I don't get that one.
You just have to prove to yourself that you can go out there and be the best that you can be and not prove anything to anyone.
I wasn't used to the conditions and...I had to kind of gather myself. When I won the second set I was really relaxed and then I just got a little too anxious in the third and was missing a few shots.
I think it's great, I'm actually rooting for her - unless of course she plays me.
She played well, she was ready for the match and she's deserved to win,
