exciting extra figure helps lose shape track warm
No exciting story here, ... I've been doing some extra conditioning when I'm not kicking. I want to keep that up, and it helps me to warm up. I figure most kickers don't look like they do much, so I want to get more done so I don't lose track of the shape I'm in.

I've learned never to have that comfort level,
blowing four happens seen stadium top toward wind
I've been in the stadium where all four ribbons on top of the goalposts were blowing toward each other. It doesn't make any sense, but I've seen it. That's just what happens when you've got so many surfaces for the wind to blow against.
