I think the banks have confidence in our ability as a going concern, hence the waiver. The banks certainly are not going to grant a waiver to a company it feels does not have ability to pay its debts.

We've lost a lot of people with the skills necessary to get us through Chapter 11. We need to create incentives to retain those people.
