Thomas Slade Gorton IIIis an American politician. A Republican, he was a U.S. Senator from Washington state from 1981 to 1987, and from 1989 to 2001. There are no consumer allegations in their complaint, and I doubt very seriously that there will be any in the Department of Justice's complaint because there is no damage to consumers. Consumers aren't asking for this lawsuit.
