dallas excited fans game great played spot
Everybody's real excited about not only being in the tournament, but going to Dallas. I think it's a great spot for us to be in a lot of fans in the Dallas area. We've already played one game there.
humorous life normal opening side steven
Steven has a humorous side to him that you wouldn't expect. I see more of it this season. Life is more normal for him in some ways. He's opening up slowly.
season shows
It just shows you we're been right there all season long.
guard happy point shake
I'll probably shake some things up. I wasn't happy with our play at the point guard spot.
bass davis feet great hands happening moves scary
It's scary because he moves around well, he's got great hands and great feet and he's doing a lot of things because Bass isn't there anymore. More things are happening for Davis and he's responding.
focused games hard minutes worry
It's just one of those games that it's hard to get out of your mind. More importantly, for 40 minutes we were focused on Auburn and we didn't worry about that.
second
They get it to each other very well. Second in assists in the country.
switched
They switched some things, and we didn't read the switches very well. We just made an inadvertent pass.
fell pain sharp steven
Steven fell awkwardly and tweaked his back. He had a sharp pain.
hunt miss played team
I'm disappointed in the loss, but I'm more disappointed in the way we played. Give Ole Miss credit. They played like a team in the hunt for it all.
defend four goes great guys held left shooting shot
Hey, we held them to 37-percent shooting -- that's great defense. You can say we didn't defend the 3, but about four were with 1 second, 2 seconds, left on the shot clock, guys on them and they get it off, and it goes in.
win
Every win we can get is very important.
battle early fighting fights-and-fighting good guys kept taken
I was taken aback by the way the guys just kept fighting and fighting. Early on, it didn't look good at all. All we could do was battle back, and we did that.
cases gary guard influence point positive
Gary has been a positive influence. He always simulates the other team's point guard in practice, and in many cases he's a better player.
