I know when I was going through the draft how stressful that was for me, sitting around all day.

If you look at it, they're definitely not selfish people. Whatever it takes. Troy Brown playing defense is a little more crazy than putting a corner at safety, but it's not that much different. They know the coverage schemes and where everybody's got to be. But they've got a lot of guys that are interchangeable.
everywhere guys heady passing situations strong
They're all strong guys, physical, smart, heady players. They do a lot of different stuff, at times, especially in some passing situations - they'll have guys everywhere . . . sometimes it's just crazy.
breaks collective entire guy
There wasn't one thing, but a collective effort. When one guy breaks down on offense, the entire play is shot.
chiefs ends red tight
Look at the Chiefs and Chargers in our division, they use tight ends big-time in the red zone. We need to do the same thing.

He's very picky. I mean, the littlest things that you wouldn't think would matter, those are the things he gripes about the most. And I think that's really why every one of his players has been successful.
