One of the good things that came out of this conference call is they confirmed there was no fraud. But they don't give any valid reasons for terminating Gerald Glenn, who has been the sole CEO since its public offering and has taken the company to new heights.
Either they did it intentionally or things are in such disarray that they didn't know what they were doing.
