We're just getting into the process to look at it. I think we could have an ad hoc group to develop something that would be a middle-of-the-road, sensible approach to it.

We kind of lost in extra innings. Somewhere in between sending them a suggested resolution and their vote not to support it ... I should have done a little more face-to-face. Basically, two years of hard work was killed by their failure to vote on something.
