They've got an incredible resume, this is a very good basketball team, and we know that. They aren't going to be intimidated or worry about playing a Big Ten opponent.

For whatever reason that happens, you're more comfortable at home. It's a whole different mindset. Those teams that are able to go in those environments and perform well are the teams that ultimately win championships.

I'm flattered with the interest and the recognition of the outstanding season we had this year. With that success, comes attention and speculation that I cannot control. They played three games in three days. That's not easy. They don't have a real deep bench right now. We just wanted to wear on them.

This is a very difficult game to all of a sudden break in guard play, especially with the guards that they have. We just lost an outstanding player, and two days later we've got to deal with this. I thought we handled it as well as our guys are capable of handling it right now.

It?s something coach Knight used to always do. It?s a long season. It?s a grind. Back when I played, there were 18 (conference) games. It gets to be very long and can mentally really wear your team down.

I do think that's why Bru has a lot of good footwork today. He had guard footwork, and now he's kind of grown into those feet and become a power forward.
