We have to get our focus back. After a letdown like this you're searching for a reason why. We tied with Bluefield during our first game. It's a great credit to his kids that they have got to this level.

It took us about two or three months to find and hire him (Bryant), but we're going to do it more hurriedly this time, ... I'd like to see a deadline for finding a replacement of no more than 30 days.

I think it's just refocusing. Some of it is that it's do-or-die time. They don't want to stop playing. Part of it is a new season. What we did before doesn't even make any difference. I'm hoping that they've learned some things.

He just said he had several personal problems that he needed to spend time on, and that he didn't think it would be fair to the county to take time away from work.
balls bounce district kids played playing strong though took wrong
We started playing well in the district tournament. Even though we lost, we played a strong game. Had some balls bounce the wrong way. I think the kids took something out of that.
