His hockey IQ is very high and a lot of the guys really respect that. He knows what to say and he's not afraid to stand up for what's right. If he thinks that somebody is doing something wrong, he's not afraid to say, 'Hey, get to work.' He is easily our most vocal player on the ice.

They're obviously an established program and they've got a great youth hockey program up there which really feeds that high school.

I probably screwed up. I should have got more players out on the ice earlier. I'll take the blame for it.
guys happy keeps perspective press talks wants win
He keeps it in perspective. When he talks to guys about going to the Coliseum, he wants to win, he's not just happy to get there, he wants to win and I think that's what he'll press on to these guys.
