After our last two trips here - we got blanked one year and last year they pretty much owned us - this was a little payback. Our goal was to get a quick start this year, so this was huge for us.

You have to watch the local clubs. I'll have kids come to me and say, 'I have a membership at (a local health club). I'll just lift there all summer.' I just tell them, 'No, no. You are going to do it in front of us. I want to see you do the work.' I don't even like the personal trainers. You just don't know what's going on. There's always some guy out there who is looking to make a quick buck off a rich teenager.
