concerned county decide executive feeling feels mayor troubled wants work
When this whole controversy over the day laborers broke, the county executive was very troubled by it. He is concerned that there's a feeling of intolerance and he feels that Westchester County is better than that. Now the mayor has to decide if he wants to end the controversy and work with us.
