It's a sad day, in that I will always feel for her family and her and the decision that she made, It's a good day for us, in that these things take so long, you really just want them to come to a conclusion.

Until it happens to you, you don't realize how much it happens, and then you realize it happens way more than it should. The lesson for me . . . I need to keep control of my company and never allow anyone such control that this could happen.
