favorites guaranteed racing rare ski sports
Ski racing is probably the least guaranteed sport out there. It's really rare when the favorites win.
confidence hill people tough
Bode is tough on any hill he races. But there's a lot of people out there. The Italians' confidence has to be way up there after what they did at home.

There is fresh snow on top of the ice, it makes it a little inconsistent. It was hard to find an edge. I just couldn't make it with the risks I was having to take.
