I thought we had a good day. Our kids have been working hard. We've been trying to push them in practice and they responded.

That's going to take a bit out of us. It's a little bit disappointing in the timing of it. It's our only home meet.

We had a lot of kids that contributed in a lot of different places. I think we're more balanced than we have been. It was a good effort by the kids.

We've got a good nucleus. We've been in that top eight (at state) five out of the last eight years. We've been pretty consistent. We've always had some older kids that have been kind of the leaders that have passed on the torch.
