This is a marathon we're in. It's going to be awhile yet before they take him over to Walter Reed. The sooner we can get him with those other men, the better off he's going to be.

Just like athletes in other sports, race-related injuries happen and are easier to understand. Injuries like this are tough to handle.

bothered case
In 25-years this case has bothered me more than any other case that I've had. I don't say that lightly.

The surgery went pretty well. There was nothing unexpected.

The scare is if they remove the steroids, it can return.
alleged charged conspiracy indictment period principal reading took
This alleged conspiracy took place over a seven-month period and I can't tell from reading the indictment what she (Adams) allegedly did. I don't even know if she is being charged as a principal or on an accountability theory.
torn
He's independent enough that he doesn't want us to go back there, and he's told us so. We're really torn about it.
longer run
The longer the better. He can run all day.
generosity thankful
We are just so happy. We're delighted. We're thankful for everyone's generosity in doing that for our boy.

What has impressed me the most is Wildfire has been winning when things aren't going his way. He's dead rail but he's been drawing all outside boxes.
