bench conscious effort lose pounds press run
I made a conscious effort to put on 10 pounds this offseason and I didn't lose any speed. I still run a sub-4.4 40 and bench press more than 400 pounds. I just wanted to be more durable.

I obviously shouldn't have left the scene, but the accusation of the aggravated battery, in my opinion, was inaccurate.

It was really funny because I visualized that happening, before it happened. It was just a great feeling to actually get that done out there.

I wasn't charged before it was put in the paper, so it was slightly embarrassing. I wouldn't go so far as to say I'm upset, but things happened that I probably didn't have planned for my future.
