Much of what the government has attached to its sentencing memo is disputed by the defense. It is the government's effort to obtain through sentencing what it didn't obtain through the guilty plea. We intend to file something in response next week. We believe that the court will give fair consideration to our arguments at sentencing.

The terrorists are still here. I really do worry about our troops' being sent overseas and depleting our homeland security.
