I think people are upset with the price and take it out against us. And it's across all demographics. It used to be the loud teenager did it for a thrill ... It's not like that anymore. You see it with everybody.

In larger stores and areas, there is more anonymity from customers. We try to take away as much as that (anonymity) as we can.

If kids come out of this remembering one thing, just something, then it could help save one life and that makes it all worth it,
costs deal frequency hurts increased industry instead issue losing
This is an issue that the industry has to deal with. I don't think the frequency has increased as much, but it hurts us more when (gas) costs so much. Instead of losing 10 gallons for $1.29, now it's $3.
