The northwest is one of the fastest growing in the state, even in the country. The area around every proposed station has development in progress, including retail and housing. We think there will be major progress this year in going forward with what's been planned.

We really are hoping to stay on schedule and be open in 2009. It will take a tremendous effort, and some luck, to get it done.
