Tina Carter is a fictional character from the BBC soap opera EastEnders, portrayed by Luisa Bradshaw-White. She first appeared on 18 November 2013, and was introduced as the sister of established character Shirley Carter. She was the first of a set of new characters that expanded the Carter family in 2013, headed by executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins.
