It's been very easy. You must have a respect for each other and communication is important. Any problems you have at work stay at work because you solve the problem before you get home.

Now, as I've watched him a lot closer, he has all the qualities you have to have. You have to be cool under pressure, you've got to be able to make decisions quickly. You have to see the big picture on the court strategically, and not get rattled.

I am disappointed that the sophisticated businessmen involved in this dispute have failed to strike a deal. There should be enough money and enough good sense to make a deal work for everyone. The only people hurt by this dispute are the fans.

The first thing I was impressed with was how well the guys honored Drake with their acceptance speeches. I thought it was one of the finest displays of feeling, emotion, appreciation and brevity that I had seen. The other part was how strong their feelings were for Drake. They spoke of their gratitude for the education they got here and how they were treated, things having nothing to do with basketball.

We never go into games expecting a blowout. We don't think, by any stretch of the imagination, that we should expect to blow out teams at the state tournament. We expect every game to be a close game and just hope to squeak it out at the end.

Today's worker is looking for flexible, family-friendly work options. The federal government can't necessarily compete for talent with the private sector on a dollar-for-dollar basis, but we can make sure we are competitive in quality-of-life issues.
