choose game hockey judgment obviously ourselves outcome perform playoff position recognized season win
It's a judgment day for our team. This season could be recognized one way or the other by how we choose to perform on Saturday. We want the outcome to obviously be in our favor. We have to play a good, strong, playoff hockey game and if we do that, we'll put ourselves in a position to win it anyway.
good seemed today
It's improving. It's encouraging, after today at least, it seemed like he had some good treatment.
cheating pass trying
It's cheating. It's trying to make the 60-foot pass and not collaborating on anything that has to be done.
arguably best continue job matter regardless rink road team venue
It's a matter of can we play on the road with what could arguably be the best team in the league. Can we go into their rink and continue to play the way we have to play regardless of the venue and get the job done? We'll see.
coach hockey might
It was hormone hockey at it's best. It might have been entertaining, but for a coach it was a nightmare.
absolutely game goes nails
Absolutely unbelievable. This is a big, big game and Henrik goes in and nails it.
culture equate flourish great happy himself player provide special stuff
It's just special stuff by a very special player. I think if anything we're happy we've been able to provide a culture for him to flourish and equate himself with the great player that he is.
grow helped mature predicted special sure tremendous year
It's a special year for those reasons. Jaromir has just had a tremendous year and has helped us all grow and mature as a team, naturally. And then to get to a 100 points, I'm not sure we predicted that in September.
bit followed guy hit seal tough
It's a tough play for Ryan. It's a little bit of a turn-back there. He followed through, but he probably didn't need to hit him like that, just seal the guy off.
humiliated lost ourselves poise simple team today
It's a team that lost their poise and their composure, simple as that. ... We humiliated ourselves here today and we embarrassed ourselves.
chance chose clearly fighting given good guys hockey lost needed ourselves period players playing poise saw second selfish simple talked team themselves win
It's a team that lost its poise and it's composure, simple as that. We clearly talked about what needed to be done in the second period and if we would have given ourselves a fighting chance by playing even-up hockey, there's a good chance we win the hockey game. We lost our composure, saw some selfish hockey, some undisciplined players and some guys who chose to think of themselves before their teammates.
click clicked might quickly
It's 82 games. Sometimes it might not click as quickly or as well as you want it to, or sometimes not at all. For our team, we've clicked more than we haven't . . .
It was real intense. It was a hard-working, hard-hitting game.
hockey mind playoff regular secured
It's terrific. We secured a playoff spot, that's all it is. We have a lot more hockey to play in the regular season, never mind making the playoffs.
