I was really surprised ... I played a long time indoors and now it's completely different, so I am very happy to win my first match.
I said to myself it would be nice if I could put my name on that list.
I'm very happy because this was my first Masters final and my first win and it was such a great match, ... It's a great way to finish the year.
I suppose watching her going about her life is the greatest lesson I could learn,
I don't know what my mindset is. I don't always understand what my motivations are,
I don't like his style. He serves one, two, three serves hard, and then he serves one like he's throwing it with his hand. He hits unbelievable winner from nowhere on the court and then sometimes he just misses an easy point. You never know what he plays. You are absolutely out of tempo.
Of course, that is what we play tennis for. Yes, I enjoy it, and I hope to beat some more great players.
To beat Federer, you have to play more than 100 per cent, ... That was a big moment in my career and it was also good for the confidence because I know I can beat the top guys.
Whoever has played tennis knows the court is pretty big and you always have space to put the ball in.
It's not so bad that I can't touch my toes. But I'm not one of the most flexible guys. When you look at Novak Djokovic, you'd probably think he's made of rubber.
Every time I am off the tennis tour, I go back home.
Tennis players need to be very focused and very intense, and I can show tennis players are not just hitting the little yellow ball and moving in between the white lines. I'm always trying to show my personality outside of the court.
The grass is a very big challenge for me. There are these low bounces and different movements, which is very difficult, especially for my height and weight. When the surfaces change, and I start to play on grass, I start to feel it in the lower back and the lower hamstring.
