count great night plays
We can count on him every night for at least 20 points. The way he plays every night -- he plays hard, he plays hurt. He does a lot of great things for us.
pace style team worse
You can't think of a worse team to play on a back-to-back than Phoenix, especially when it's away. Just their style of play, it's tough. You don't feel it so much in the first quarter, but you can feel the pace in the third.
great quiet
He'd be great (for us). It's too quiet around here.
catalyst glad group severe step
I didn't think it was that severe of a hit. Glad it's only one game. ... He is our catalyst and we need to step up collectively as a group to make up for his absence.
freshman good heard year
It was a good speech, the kind he used to give us my freshman year at Notre Dame. I've heard it before.
regular time
I do feel for him. It's an unfortunate time for him to go down, but if he has to, better to do it now and get back and concentrate for the regular season.
chicago effects felt lead loss maintain nice sure
We still felt the effects of the loss in Chicago and wanted to make sure they didn't outwork us. It was nice to get a lead and maintain it through the fourth.
game
This was a game we should have won.
