I want to make the next World Championships team. You make it once, you always want to make it again. That's just a goal that I have in mind, that I'm going to stay focused and try to make the team. (Then) hopefully be in Beijing.
It was a great race. After finishing fourth at the Worlds I was motivated to do my best.
There's no one else better to put in the field besides him. He's a great competitor.
Now I know how to conserve energy and run for the finals, and don't leave it all in the first three rounds. So it was a learning experience. I feel great. ... I feel very confident now, going into next year.

I want to run with the best, that's how I've always lived.
I want to find that defining moment that you're satisfied and you've done what you want to do in your life.
It's all about training smart.

I eat 230 grams of protein daily, 308 grams of carbohydrates, maybe 70 grams of fat. I can have one cheat meal a week but it can't be that I eat until I'm stuffed; I eat until I'm satisfied.
I do a lotta trash talking to keep me motivated, to keep me to not want to lose.
I've dated athletes before but it's too tough because we have the same job, we deal with the same problems and both do a very selfish sport,
